Casita is designed to meet local bushfire and cyclone ratings, ensuring maximum durability and structural integrity against the elements. Our precision-engineered light-gauge steel frame is non-combustible, resistant to rot, mold, and termite damage over time. With a frame thickness surpassing that of industry standards, allowing additional space for insulation and utility setup.
We’ve designed Casita to be quiet, thermally controlled, and built to last making it superior to traditional timber construction and other steel frame structures on the market.
Casita is available in two build configurations. For large sites with greater access or front yard developments, our turnkey models are manufactured and assembled in our factory and delivered to your site as a complete unit. Featuring bathrooms, kitchens, LED lighting, and steel floor system.
For smaller residential sites with limited access or sites requiring spaces too large to transport as a complete unit, our prefabricated models offer the perfect solution. These models allow for reduced transport costs and easy setup on site by a local qualified installer or as a DIY project.
Pro tip: If you can fit a mattress through the side of your property, you’ll be able to fit the flat-packed components to assemble your space.

Casita is designed for our galvanised steel purlin floor system. This add-on is a superior alternative to a concrete slab foundation. Depending on your location, our smaller Casita models are designed to qualify as exempt developments. However, we always recommend confirming with your local council. We can assist with the permitting process and provide guidance on obtaining necessary approvals.
