Building with Boulder Bros is faster, simpler, and more predictable than traditional construction. Every module is factory-built to strict standards, backed by long warranties, and delivered turnkey — ready to use in weeks, not years.
In Victoria, modules under 30sqm can often be installed without a permit. For larger builds, we handle the approval process, including Clause 55 fast-track pathways, so you don’t get stuck in red tape.
Most projects are delivered within 8–10 weeks from deposit. Because we build offsite while permits are processed, your pod or home arrives ready to use much faster than traditional construction.
Our core module is 30sqm (10m x 3m). Modules can be joined to create larger spaces (60sqm, 90sqm+) or stacked up to two storeys, subject to engineering certification and council approval.
Every Boulder Bros module includes a welded steel frame, termite protection, insulation (R2.5 walls / R3.5 ceilings), double-glazed windows, plasterboard or fibre cement interiors, LED lighting, and standard bathroom/kitchen inclusions. Upgrades are available through our Bronze, Silver, and Gold finish tiers.
Yes. You can choose cladding, colours, internal finishes, layouts, and add-on features like decks, pergolas, or linking corridors. We also offer bespoke layouts for commercial projects.
Typically, concrete piers, strip footings, or a slab are needed depending on soil testing. We’ll advise on the best option during consultation. Clear truck or crane access is required for delivery.
All builds come with a 10-year structural warranty and a 12–24 month finish warranty, depending on your package. With regular maintenance, modules are designed to last 50+ years.
